This means pricing is tied to defined scope of services, level of access, and ongoing legal advice provided. Our approach to value-based pricing is designed to give businesses predictable access to legal guidance, making it easier to plan ahead and address issues early, without the uncertainty of hourly billing.

  • The application process helps ensure:

    • There are no conflicts between businesses

    • The program is the right fit for your stage and needs

    • Expectations around scope and support are aligned from the start

    This allows us to offer thoughtful, personalized guidance, while protecting confidentiality and the integrity of the program.

    Encino Foundations Counsel is designed for solo founders or businesses with up to two founders.

    Encino Growth Counsel may include working with additional members of your team, depending on your legal needs and the nature of the work. In most cases, communication is still coordinated through one primary point of contact to ensure clarity and efficiency.

    Encino Growth Counsel is designed for established businesses earning $350K–$900K in annual revenue that want ongoing legal counsel, deeper strategy, and proactive oversight as they scale.

    Both programs are ideal for founders who value clarity, proactive decision-making, and a trusted legal partner.

  • Encino Business Counsel accepts applications four times per year, shortly before each quarter begins.
    Encino Growth Counsel accepts applications on a rolling basis, with limited availability.

  • This structure allows for intentional onboarding, community alignment, and a consistent level of support for all members.

  • At this time, Foundations Counsel begins at the start of each quarter. Growth Counsel may be available mid-quarter depending on capacity.

  • You may join the waitlist and will be notified as soon as the next application window opens.

  • All applications are reviewed to identify potential conflicts of interest. I do not accept clients where providing services would create a conflict under professional responsibility rules or compromise confidentiality.

    For Encino Foundations Counsel, which includes a group component, we take additional steps to avoid placing direct competitors in the same cohort where it could reasonably create concern.

  • Encino Counsel programs provide business advisory and transactional legal support only. Litigation, court appearances, dispute representation, and personal legal matters are not included.

    If a matter requires litigation or formal representation, I’ll help you understand next steps and refer you to appropriate counsel if needed.

  • Our legal services are provided to your business entity, not to individual owners in their personal capacity.
