Business Counsel
You built your business, protect it like it matters.
Your business is your income, your freedom and your legacy. It deserves a lawyer who treats it that way.
Your business is an asset, let’s treat it like one.
What you've built isn't a side project. It's an asset, maybe the most valuable one you'll ever own. Assets get looked after. They get care, attention and a plan.
Who it's for
Ready for proactive legal support
You want to spot risks early and plan ahead, not scramble when something goes wrong.
Leveling up their agreements and contracts
Your templates were fine to start with, but your business has outgrown them, and you want contracts that help protect your revenue and reduce the risk of disputes.
Looking for a lawyer in their corner
You want someone who knows your business, understands what you need, and is one message away when questions come up.
Business Counsel is for service-based businesses in British Columbia that rely on contracts and agreements to get paid, set expectations and protect what they've built.
When your revenue depends on client agreements, contractor terms and policies, unclear or outdated contracts can quietly cost you through missed payments, scope creep, unclear refund terms and avoidable disagreements.
Well-suited for: Med Spas, Coaches, Counselling and Psychotherapy Practices, Daycares, Fitness Studios, Salons, Dental Practices, Message Therapists, Content Creators, Event Planners
